Is my Job contract void and can I breach it

Hello, i am an instructor in an educational coaching. i have signed a offer and contract letter with them for 2 years in which if i breach the agreement i need to pay 2.5 lac rupees AND 3 months notice period also.It is mentioned that i will be on 3 months probation after which they will confirm me or will me to leave. my monthly salary for 1st year mentioned in agreement is Rs 30000 and for 2nd year Rs 40000. due to my good performance they gave me whole batch to teach in the 2nd month of probation i.e feb,2017 and after that i have taken around 14 batches in total in whole year the surname spelling of the director on my contract is wrong a s i have checked it online. they have given me 2 hikes in this 1 year which is not mentioned in contract and these hikes are because of my good feedback.decision was conveyed me orally saying that we can do that with out signing a new contract. they have just provided only 7 days training that too in a group of 7 to 8 persons and apart from that i have mailed them that I have attended 20 classes of one of our faculty to prepare my content they still have not informed me even after 10 months that whether i have cleared my probation or not at least not in written Now i want to leave this organisation and hence looking for advice that under such conditions can i leave with out paying and serving notice period.
