Suggestions on how I should proceed with the sale of my father's land because my other siblings are

When my father passed away in 2015, he left a land for me and my three siblings (one of them is dead so his wife would receive the share accordingly). I have lived with my parents for 50 years and served them with all my might while my brothers never even cared to know how their parents were. During those times, my father tried very hard so that he could have me as the lone successor of that land but every lawyer we asked said that it would take a lot of money so he couldn't do that. Failing, he told all of my siblings that after his death the land would be mine (I'm the most financially unstable) and at that time everyone agreed. Now after two years when we have finally found a person who agreed to buy the land all my siblings are singing a different tone. Everyone wants a share of the land now. Even though my father made it clear that I would be the only one, I still have decided to give everyone their fair share but one of the brothers is saying that he won't sign the no objection form and that he doesn't want me to take any part of the land and that it would be divided only among the three of them. His argument is that the house I live in is what I have already received from my father and that I don't need the land anymore. Any suggestions on how I should proceed? I'm in tremendous financial trouble and I desperately need the money from that land. I obviously cannot sell my house. .
