Hi, Myself Parth, working with a corporate firm in Mumbai and have recently resigned from my company due to some reasons. My appointment letter says that i have to serve a notice period of 2 months and now my employer are asking me tk serve a notice period of 3 months which i am not at all ready to do so. Few months before from now, HR had sent an email to selected members of the Project Management team and informed to serve a notice period of 3 months or else a buy-out option after serving 2 months, which i was not willing to accept but than management started to force me to accept it upon which i put forward some of my basic demands to be fulfilled. I informed them that if these demands are fulfilled, there is no issues for me in accepting 3 months notice period. As a month passed none of the demands were fulfilled and i was never provided any official document from the company to serve 3 months notice period. My emplyer do not have any substantial proof that i have accepted their terms. Kindly request you to provide me your assistance and guidance so that i can take this further and teach them a lesson.
