Tenancy issue in Uttar Pradesh

I have a property (this property is on laon and original papers are with bank) in UP which was given on rent to a tenant. Initial unregistered rent agreement for 11 months has happened between the Landlord and the tenant in the year 2003. There after the tenant was out of the country for work and his family was occupying the premises and hence the rent agreement cannot be extended. The tenant was duly providing rent for the said premises till April 2017. In the year 2017, when the landlord asked the tenant to vacate the premises, the tenant demanded Rs. 2 lacs to vacate and told us the if we do not provide this money, he is not going to vacate (mesages evidencing the same is there). Now the tenant has stopped paying the rent and does not even occupy the premises but however have pit his lock and demnading money. Can anyone please provide us the following advise: (A) Can we go to police for filing the complaint against the tenant; (B) What will be the legal recourse availble to the landlord; (C) How much time will it take to get the eviction order against the tenant; (D) any good lawyer suggestion in lucknow.
