difference between gift deed, share of daughter in fathers prope

There are 3 brothers,six sisters and mother the appellate is the youngest sister. father left behind the following properties. 1) land measuring 4 acres and 8 guntas. 2) land measuring 12 guntas. 3) 3 houses measuring around 9000 sq feet 4) shop measuring 3000 sq feet. 5) liquidity in the gold shop. one of her brothers has given her a plot in the year 2012 measuring only 3 guntas as a gift deed and taken signatures on the gift deed that by signing she should not ask for her share in the remaining fathers property.. the matter is sub judice in which the brothers have claimed that they have made a verbal partition of all the properties amongst themselves in the year 1988. age of the appelent was only 15 years in the year 1988. it means she was minor. and the partition is not registered. appellant got married in the year 1995 and hails from Karnataka. my question is. 1) whether the brother can take signatures on the gift deed and mention on the deed that she has no rights to claim her share in the remaining properties.
