Can a woman can get married while the div case is still running

To be, in short, I went through harassment, got the MLC certificate from Government hospital and still I gave her a chance to stay together after the elder's talk. I applied for a divorce as they wanted. After I applied when the notice was sent to them, She filed a FIR against my whole family & was put on the newspaper as well (Which has affected mine & my family image in the society). Once I appeared to the police station and gave all the proofs, they got to know that this was a false case. We had to take this to High court and quash it. I had to bear all the expenses for these. We went through mediation and mutual consent. We both agreed to get separated and signed the papers. It was also agreed that there will be no demand with respect to giving and taking things (With respect to money and gold). It has been almost 2 years still, the case is not getting closed. The lawyer is making silly mistakes on the papers with respect to Marriage registration date and prolonging it. I have been paying the loan and I had spent more than 50k for her medical purposes as well (She had a kidney problem). Overall from the marriage time, till now including court expenses I have spent more than 6 Lacs, I got married by taking a loan. She has not appeared in the court for almost 10 hearings, but she has got married to other person and has a 5 months old baby now. My question is, 1) Can she get married while the case is still running? 2) Can I file a case against her immediately or do I have to wait until the case gets closed? The court is going to pass orders by next week. 3) What can I file the case as and when? I don't want to leave them easily (It's not a grudge, I want to be an example for others). I am completely depressed and frustrated because She is not appearing to the court and I feel like the lawyer is also playing a game. I am completely lost with no money in my account to appoint a new lawyer. Hoping to see a quick response and help me fight this case. Regards, Chandan
