Confusion regarding payment of Bond amount

My date of joining is 4 July 2016. I have completed 1 year and 2 months in my MNC. Below is the rule for bond Amount. The notice period is of 3 months. Accordingly and notwithstanding anything to the contrary: (i) in the event Employment Cessation occurs at any time but before completion of 12 months from the Joining Date, the Employee hereby agrees and undertakes to immediately reimburse to the Company the entire Training Costs and Expenses (ii) in the event Employment Cessation occurs at any time after completion of 12 months but before completion of 18 months from the Joining Date, the Employee hereby agrees and undertakes to immediately reimburse to the Company 50% of the Training Costs and Expenses. (iii) in the event Employment Cessation occurs at any time after completion of 18 months but before completion of 24 months from the Joining Date, the Employee hereby agrees and undertakes to immediately reimburse to the Company 25% of the Training Costs and Expenses. If i put my resignation after Oct 4 2017 and serve the 3 month notice period, do I have to pay 25% of bond amount or I have to put my resignation when I have completed 18 months in the company and then serve the 3 month notice period to pay 25% of bond amount. Please guide me in this matter
