I am not advocate. Can I files section 9 RCR myself?

As advised by advocates I need to files section 9 RCR as my wife has filed a 125 (maintenance) against me. As I am running a startup and I am out of money can I files Section 9 RCR myself? Our marriage is inter state marriage for 9 years with a boy of 7 years and currently she is living with her parents in other state. I have got an format for application that request honorable court to Marriage Restoration in its simplest form. As section 9 says the burden of proof lies with other party (my wife) should I submit any proof? I have her watsapp message where she wrote "I am going" and that time I was travelling in train. My marriage happened in her state but registered in my state. If I am filing RCR in my state I am sure she would get it transferred to her state. So anyway I have to hire an advocate in her state to present the case. So my a few questions are 1) High court or Supreme courts has right to transfer the case from one state to other state? 2) section 9 RCR has to be filed in District Court or Family court? Or both are same? 3) Can I (I am no advocate) file this petition in my City. (Where we both were living) 4) Do I need to submit any proof at the time of filing? 5) Can anyone in Bangalore help me with this as token of charity / for free.
