Unable 2 deal Indirect harassment of my previous organisation
Hi,
Well im Unable to deal with the Indirect harassment of my previous organisation
I am MCA candidate with 1year 6months of dot & sql experience.
Initally for a year I was working in small firm with less pay scale to gain experience
and good knowledge it was such a wonderful company with a good work culture where I learnt a lot
Just due to salary criteria I changed to Riversand technologies which is just a hell
where there is no value for the hard work the team lead and rest of senior employess
and my manger started harrasing me and they started shouting at me on the floor
and there is lot of partiality for the kannadiga group
and no help they provided when this complaint was taken to the senior HR Manager
he just told me to quit.
Finally I felt so happy I am just out of the hell
where I was confident enough in my caliber and hard work.
Later I started giving my interviews for other good companies which provides good package
and i was one among the first person to be shortlisted once im back with the happy news
No call for the further process of joining this struggle happend for almost 4 months.
if I pressure calling the HR to whom I was interviewed will make me settle for less package
where everyone insist on me to go back to the same company.
But I never want my career again to launch in such a company.
where the whole drama gives me only one view
i.e when background check happens this riversand technologies hr people are just stabbing me
Please can anyone suggest me how to get rid of this ghost company shadow on me
or is any law persist
or any guidance please provide me.
& I would be so thankfull if solution provided.
