Neighbor's demolition has damaged my house, compromised safety

My neighbor is the Colony RWA President. He started demolishing his house in June, assured us all will be legally done and he will protect our house during the process. However, he has not followed the promise. It took 20 days and several threats to his contractor to get protective sheeting installed- severe dust compromised my health. Then he used rock breaker to demolish. Unbearable noise and dangerous vibration, but we tried to cooperate as neighbors and put up with it. When our wall sank, dislodging bricks, we complained to neighbor and he got it repaired and promised not to use breaker again. However, next day his contractor used a JCB to ram our wall on pretext of clearing malba. Got it stopped. But several dangerous cracks have appeared on our walls due to it's prolonged use (we had not complained as he is RWA President, and we assumed he knows the rules) Today we are living in fear. Our architect explained that our load bearing foundation rests along neighbors basement wall. (Wall to wall basement, which is not allowed nowadays due to danger of collapse) If he breaks that wall to dig further, our foundation will be compromised. Neighbor's architect also confirmed the same in a meeting (which neighbor had initiated to ease our fear and reassure us of safety). He had advised neighbor not to touch the wall. But over time, quietly, his labourers keep hacking at the wall slowly. I cannot leave my house due to fear of what they may damage next! We fear for our lives now. Any meeting with neighbor ends in assurances that all will be done legally, and no harm will befall us - but whenever the damages are pointed out, he says he is not a technical man, so he didn't know. His brother is a lawyer. His family is also quietly intimidating us continuously - saying that my house is old and shabby anyway. They also keep referring to their "access". I have tried to be neighbourly and cooperate, but this strategy of assurances and denial along with psychological intimidation, is scaring me. Please do advise on my options- keeping in mind my safety. I will be very grateful.
