Issuance of Full and Final settlement amount

My name is Surbhi Maheshwari, this is to inform you that I was working in Digicall Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. as a customer support executive for ShopClues process. In January, I was selected for ShopClues in house process in an IJP (internal job posting). I have also completed my full & final settlement process on 10th Feb’ 17 and according to HR policy, I am expecting that I will get my full & final settlement amount after 90 days (same as mentioned on f & f slip) but I have not get my amount till now. Then, I started to follow up on regular basis with Mr. Ajit (member of HR team), every time he said that he is coordinating with concern department. I am unable to understand that what he was coordinating because from last 3 months, he doesn't get any response. After that, I have coordinated with Mr. Imtiyaz Khan (AGM) and he comes with a reply that he is in operations and unable to do anything in this matter, so I need to coordinate with HR team only. After that, I am trying to coordinate with Mr. Hemank (HR Head). I am shocked with his reply that you need to coordinate with Finance Team or you have to wait because HR team has already done all documented process, the amount is stuck in the finance department. On 01st Sep' 17, Nakul Jindal visited the office as we are coordinating together for the same and asked from Mr. Himank, Mr. Imtiyaz and Mr. Ajit, all of the one repeated the same words by stating that we are still coordinating with Finance Team. My amount is Rs. 6750.00.
