Advice on flat purchage

Hello Sir/Madam, There is a term "tenantable conditions" in possession letter of existing owner's by builder is not clear. please help to let me know the impact of said term & guide me accordingly. Below are the detail of letter. Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased today to hand over the keys of your new Flat. We know it is the happiest moment of your life. After receipt of full and final amount, we have handed over to you a vacant and peaceful possession of your Flat No. XXX/YYY of the building known as PAN CHAWATI in the project to be known as "OMKAR PURAM" at Survey 86 Hissa. No. 102/5, 102/4, 102/2, 102(3A+313)/1, Adai, Tal. Pa noel in tenantable conditions. You are also aware- that you shall be solely responsible for any modifications, alterations or addition in your Flat after this possession and own the responsibility for any such alteration or addition, which may or may not endanger the safety of the building or its occupants and which may be permissible/authorized by Concern Authority or any Local Governing Body. You shall abide by all prevailing rules and regulations by Grampanchayat, Collector Raigad and or Local Governing Body in this regard.
