What could be the faith when the court order ruled the adhoc pro

Sir, I,N K D Piku, had joined government service in the year 2006 as Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the NSSO department, under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation at the grade pay of 4200. I got adhoc promotion in the year 2013 as Senior Statistical Officer (SSO) at the grade pay of 4600. Accordingly, my salary was fixed on regular promotion basis. In 2015, a new regular promotion order was issued along with transfer. However, I forgo and didnt join my new posting under new regular promotion order and my salary was also refixed at the lower grade pay accordingly. This year last July 14th 2017, the Delhi High Court under W.P. (C) 11660/2015 and C.M. No. 30977/2015 has ruled that the adhoc promotion be treated as regular and should effective from the date of adhoc promotion as it was promoted against regular vacant post. So in this case what could be my faith, whether I would be SSO or continue as JSO and if the department don't place me as SSO, then, is there any possible for me through legal process to get SSO?
