Termination on Notice period without complensation pay or PF

Hello All, I have been working in a reputed IT firm for the past 2.5 years. Everything went well when i was forced to change my process internally without any notice overnight and a switch of my Manager came into picture. Once the manager change was done i was told that i had a breach of company policy and recieved an email from my manager with audits wich were from my probation period(2 years old emails). I was told that i would be terminated immediately and so because of this mental agony i was facing i decided to resign. I had to serve a notice period of 2 months and in the 2nd month i was called by my new manager (the older one left the company) and told that my performance is very low and is affecting the complete process and told that i might get my Final settlement blocked along with the PF. Right now, i was forced to put on my resignation because of the mental pressure and now again in the NC they try to penalise me with more mental agony. I feel that this is under any humanantarian grounds, wrong. Moreover i never got to have a word with the HR and all the decisions were made completely by my Managers and in the last minute i was told that this is going to happen to you. This has made me lose my dignity,time of work,Money. Please advice on what can be done next. I am willing to take any kind of action as this has caused a lot of mental pressure and has affected me badly. Thanks.
