Is tenant can be evicted on basis of breach of rent agreement

We given our property for rent purpose and get 5 person details from first party to be lived and submit police verification form in concerned police station and had unregistered rent agreement with them clearly mentioned rent and date of payment .One fine day we gone to collect rent ,we found that his brother is married and wife+ child's details not provided to us ,and they were 8 instead of5 for which I taken aadhaar for all.more ever person refused and sent mail to pay after agreed term I. e.7th of calender month .Even when we ask him to vacant house and sent email as notice to leave premises ,he said ok but after that he refused and ask for legal notice ,which we feel has wrong intention to make it Long procedure ,rather accept notice and find another house for their big family.He also refused to vacate premises in our case when even we ask for our personal usage . He is also threatening for police complaint etc,if we ask him to vacant.what best can be done to get rid of him.As per rent agreement,we bound to give one month advance notice in written,not compulsorily legal only,but he forcing us for legal notice. What action we can take,as we thinking of suspend water and electricity supply to premises,as it is going out of control and have fear that he will pay or not .It is only 3rd month of rent possession ,and he acting like this,he also used his last rent address for his business purpose too. Kindly suggest
