Declaration of title and perpetual injunction

I had purchased agricultural land in 1.1.1993 while purchasing land, gut no. cited in deed was wrong but boundaries were cited correctly. since then cultivation statements in my name. vendor was dead in 1.2.1993. after 20 years I.e.in 2013 legal heirs applied for mutation entries and the same were made in their name by Talathi n on that basis they are trespassing in my land saying that this land is ours. Talathi did not give me notice while taking mutation entries in the name of heirs, so I approached civil court for declaration of title and perpetual injunction and arrayed revenue authorities as defendant with heirs of original vendor. But lawyer of the heirs take a defence of bar of suit u/s 158 of mlr code 1966 citing in w.s. that civil court can not give any direction to revenue authority but revenue authorities submitted that plaintiff is in possession of suit property and whatever out come of the case in hand we r ready to accept. So does suit really bar and civil court is not having jurisdiction in such matter plz and. my queries ? ?
