Cheque Bounce

On May 11th, 2017 my dad met with an accident and we had admitted him to the hospital. After 11 days i.e.22nd May 2017 he took his last breath in the hospital. The total bill for 11 days was around 4-5 lakhs. We had paid around 3 lakhs and since I didn't have money I requested doctor that I 'll be paying the money once I claim the amount from my office insurance and the doctor accepted with a cheque of 2 lakhs as an assurance and even I accepted and gave cheque of 2 lakhs as an assurance until I repay the amount. My dad was a driver in the private tempo traveler. Since it was an accident case, the owner of the same vehicle had registered a complaint against the opposite vehicle(It was KSRTC bus). I had an insurance for my family in my office and I thought I could claim the amount from that and to give the money to the hospital. But later I got to know that I need to submit originals for both which is not at all possible. If I submit the originals for my office insurance, I won't get the originals back and I will not be able to submit for the court to claim insurance from the court against the opposite vehicle. But now the doctor has submitted the cheque to the bank and it has got bounced since I don't have so much amount in my account. I am confused what to do now and how to proceed. Please advise me what shall I do further?
