Schedule page

I am trying to refinance my existing home with a new lender. I am 2nd owner of the property & my agreement with the 1st owner is clear. The legal team of new lender has raised a query about transaction between the builder & the 1st owner because in the Schedule page of the agreement property address is not mentioned. Property address is mentioned along with a floor plan as a separate page and this page is part of the agreement and the same is registered as it has the seal of the registrar and all necessary stamps. I have explained them from now that this is acceptable as I currently have an ongoing home loan with a financial institution. I understand every financial institution will have their own norms regarding technicalities of the agreement and I have to abide by it however I just came to know about this and now I am worried if there can be any further complications arising out of this. Btw the 1st owner has passed away now. I want to know incase I need to do anything to rectify these errors in chain of documents.
