Divorse and Child access.

Hello Sir , I am husband party and wants a divorce from my wife. We had very cute baby girl but unfortunately my wife is not letting me to meet her. We got married for 4 years before. Ever since my marriage my wife does not want any of my relatives specially my sister to visit my place. She and her elder sister had created big drama when my sister was at our place for pregnancy 3 years back sent her forcefully back to her own house after 1 month on delivery. Of which we had fight and she abused my mother so I slapped her. On those grounds she had filed case against me, my sister and mother and left the house. Over 3 months of continuous consultation with many relatives she took those cases back we all taking those as family misunderstanding started living together again. Soon after that we went to away from home town due to my job for 1 year but we still had fights over my mother and sister. We came back to home town after a year and same vicious circle started again. We had same fight last month again and she said something really nasty about my mother and deceased father so my mother called her Pagal and she started swearing my mother again. I was trying her to push back and she bite me so in return I bite her too. Taking those mark she went to Police again and filed case against me and my mother. She took her all belonging and our daughter as well. Now she is not letting me to meet my daughter and asking she will come only if you leave your mother. I am her only son and could not let leave alone at age of 66. I am also tired of all these things and have fear if I let her in again and after few days such thing happens again so I don’t want to stay with her anymore but on the same hand I love my daughter very much. My wife is working as well and earn Rs 60000 as well and she has her own house too. So if I file divorce is she entitled for compensation for herself and child?? I know due to such tender age custody of child will be with her mother only.. but atleast I will get some weekend access.
