Regarding Nazool Land

Hello Sir, My father purchased a Nazool land about 8000 sqft, from a villager (the land was under his kabza), in a village in C.G state, around 25 yrs back. The deal/agreement (Transfer of acquisition) was done on a stamp paper of Rs.50/-. After 5 yrs of purchase in 1998, He & other villagers (of that village) too, has been allotted "Ownership" paper "Bhu-swami" paper,by Village authorities (Panchayat/Sarpanch), against payment of some one time revenue fee, under 'Madhya Pradesh Rajasva sahinta 1959'. which states that " The following person has been given Bhu-Swami rights. We are living on that land. There is no problem as such till now, we are even paying local panchayat taxes & casting our votes as residents of that village only. Now my questions are:- 1-Is the said "Bhu-Swami" paper a legal ownership document? 2-Is my father a legal Land owner.? 3-Will I be the legal heir of the said property? 4-Are we free to do any thing on that land? 5-How can we assure that the Govt. will never acquire that land in future? We have invested our hard earned money on that land, we have one house & plantations on that land & we are planning to start a SSI unit in that land. 6- If we our document is not a legal ownership document, then How can we prepare a legal ownership document.? Please help & guide Thanks & regards
