Divorce on the basis of mutual separation

Hi All, I was married 2 and half years ago and we were separated within 3 months of marriage. She was not at all interested in the "family" thing and seemed to have been married upon parent's compulsion. She would never admit that at the same time and create all the false stories against me to convince her parents that she is innocent. After lots of drama, I realized I can no longer keep this going and better to get off the marriage. I decided to take divorce but she didnt agree to it just because of her compulsion to portray herself as innocent in front of her parents. Anyhow I managed to get a mutual divorce deed signed on a stamp paper against the notary and police in the mahila police station. I know this deed is not valued in the eyes of court law but that's the only option I got to get off her immediately, otherwise she would be taking advantage of the court's long standing process and kept me hanging on with her false lies and delaying the process. I want to marry another girl now and they are asking for divorce doc issued by the court which I don't have. Can I file a divorce petition on the basis of desertion/separation and show the divorce deed we signed on as a proof that we have been living separately for more than 2 years? Also, if I file divorce with this would she be still able to fight back the petition and harm me with delaying the process or putting false allegations against me again? We have been in no touch for the last 2 years. Please advise!
