Partition

My grand father has 7 acres of land and my grand father purchased another 20 acres. My father is the only son to my grand father so after the death of my grand father all property transferred to my father. My fathers has two sons and 4 daughters. My father partitioned the property in 1974 at that time I was minor. My brother got 7 acres of land which my grand father got from his father. My mother and my self jointly got 12 acres of land and remaining property my father kept to himself. My father died in 1975. After the death of my father my father's property got transferred to my mother. My mother died in 1993. Today my brother holds 7 acres land independently and myself and my died mother jointly hold 12 acres land and remaining land is in my mothers name. Recently supreme court has a judgement that if the father is died before 2005 then his daughters cannot claim in ancestral property but then can claim father's self earned property. The property in question is not self earned property of my father. My brother got 7 acres which my grand father got from his father. Do I have a claim over that 7 acres land because my brother got this when I was minor. Do my sisters have any claim over any property? Is my grand father earned property ancestral? If it is not ancestral then it is not my father earned property also and so do mu sisters claim my grand father earned property? Please answer. Thanks in advance.
