Clarification regarding Ancestral Property

Clarification regarding Ancestral Property. My great Grand Father purchased property during his living with his own self earned money. My great grandfather before his death has written a will, giving rights to enjoy the property to his grand son(my father) till his death and after that the absolute rights is given to great grand sons(me and my brother). Now the issue is,My great grand father bought two properties adjacently one portion belongs to my Fathers elder brother and the other one belongs to us. My fathers elder brother selling his portion of property. He enjoys some portion of property belongs to us, since he is selling his portion of property there is a talk going in our family regarding to sell the 500 sqft of land he enjoys to the same buyer. Now my questions: 1. since we have a heated conversation going around regarding the above said topic, i have difference of opinion with my father, now my fear is can he dis own me legally to keep me away from the property? 2. how will the ancestral property be divided means who will get the front portion if that is not mentioned in the will? 3.i am asking my father to surrender his rights in the property, he is saying that if he want to surrender his rights he will write a class mentioning that i agree for maintenance, what does it mean and what are its consequences?
