How to challenge an order of transfer on wrong grounds by pvt. Co

I am a employee of a hospital run by a trust. I work there during night shift as clerk and i also study as a regular student of M.A (Economics) from a semi govt. college run by that trust. Due to use of the college property for the running of a pvt. University the student unions started a hunger strike in college campus of which i was a part too. The hospital suspended me for being participant in strike and also blamed me for damaging the property of institution. But in real i was admitted in a govt. Hospital on the day of violent damage to the property of institution. An enquiry was set against me and i was suspended from the job on July 7, 2017. I submitted my medical certificate to prove that i was not part of any violent protest and my h.o.d's certificate that i had a legimitate leave during the protest. But a letter of transfer was given to me on July 20, 2017 to a very far off city. They have also blocked my salary for last month. So can i challenge the transfer aswell am i liable to be paid salary during the period of suspension. Can a case of mental harassment be filed against the organisation.
