Sir, A man of 45 years contacted a working lady of 38 years for his proposal by getting her contact number from matrimonial site. After getting rejected from the lady he tried to convince her continuously for 6 months and tried to be like a friend with her. He tried to interfere in her private life and met her when she was back to Odisha. He forcefully tried to sexually harass her and then followed her for more than a year for getting married to her. He kept an eye on her, creating a lot of problems at the place of her stay. He even took her to his residence where too he force fully tried to harassh her. After one year and 6 months she agreed to get married to her under compulsion. He kept a forceful relation with her for more than a year , when she agreed with out informing her he got engaed to some one else. When the victim lady approached his family they removed her from her home saying they belong to a gentle family and not to come to their residence any more. He got married and the lady approached the state women's comission for it. She complained on 26th april 2017 and said that he is going to get married with in these few days. The women's commisioner had called both parties on 5th May 2017. When they met on 5th the man said that he got married on 28th of April 2017. He did not agree for what ever he did. When the lady produced all the evidences in front of the commissioner he said sorry. After few days when the lady met the commissioner she said that simply the lady had troubled the man as he is already married and his life will get disturbed if it continues. The commissioner said that there is no chance of going legally as both were quite matured. Actually the lady is in great shock and had lost the hope of living her life. In this case can the lady get justice or she shall dismiss her case.
