My spastic child's care

Dear Sir, I reside in kolkata, India. After 3-4 months of our marriage in the year 2010, my wife left me getting pregnant and started staying at her mother's house with excuses against us as she could not adjust to our family from day one. It has been 7 years, I supported my wife with cash for her & child's maintenance as she always insist on cash payments from very next month of our marriage. My daughter is quadriperatic cerebral palsy patient. We had visited twice to Vellore C.M.C for test & treatment on year 2016. My wife keeps the child to her mother's lap, and goes to for private tution, running for money, escaping child's take care responsibility, refuses to go a doctor for her counselling or betterment with me, without the consent of in laws. My wife & inlaws used to only call me on phone whenever she was seriously ill, even during night. She (my wife) has some kind of mental problem as well as attitude problem like she has violent temper, mentally torches me by threatening me, spying on me, disbelieving at every step, checking my mobile contacts to discover my bosse’s no and enquire about my salary and whereabouts, beats me and humiliates me in front of my in laws etc. I am finding my child even though she(daughter) is being taken care by her mother (mother in law), is actually being neglected, as she (my daughter) needs counselling by doctors, various therapies which is very important for her as she is 6 years old and cannot sit or walk or even speak. Now my in laws are chasing me to stay at their home. To which I disagree as (i) My child requires to stay at my house, by which I can take care of her exercises, counselings etc before & after my duty (service) hours (ii) I have my old parents to look after. My wife doesn't want to come because she cannot metally adjust to my family, mostly my mother. She is calling me at her house and I am scared to go as last day I went to their house as my daughter was sick. After consulting a doctor & returning back she beat me in front of inlaws. What do I do? Please advice.
