Regarding withdrawal of PF

Hi. I was fired from my company in May. This was my first job and I had worked here for 1 year 9 months. I was clearly told that there was no fault of mine, but it was a purely business decision. After a month, I went to the office for filling up the PF withdrawal form. The HR gave me four forms to fill - Form 15H, Form 15G, Form 19, Form 10C, and a letter to the Asst. PF Commissioner with the subject as "Deduction of TDS from my PF accumulation". I only filled up wherever the employee is required to fill up. The areas to be filled up by the employer were blank. They said they'll fill those up later. So, after I was done filling up my details, I asked the HR to give me a photocopy of all these documents. She promptly refused after which I asked her to mail me the scanned copies of these documents. She refused that too. After that, I proceeded to taking pictures of these documents on my phone. This didn't go down well with her and she kept telling me how employers sometimes refuse to cooperate in these matters, and then it becomes difficult for the employee to go to the PF office and get these things done. She said, I should be thankful that the company is taking care of these things instead of clicking pictures of the documents and behaved extremely rudely with me. My question to you is that is it not my right to obtain a copy of my documents that I'm submitting? Is there any article or law in the constitution that I can state to prove that I'm right? Please reply.
