Mental trauma

I am a student of one of the old IIM, we are provided with a handbook which is a bible/mini-constitution for us. I did not do well in my two exams because of the family issue (i got 4 marks less), my family member had a heart attack and my uncles filed a police complaint against my father and my mother was living in a community center, but there are many instances where students cheated and the answer sheet has cheated remarks of invigilator, now I am undergoing mental trauma because the institute has repeatedly failed to implement the provisions mentioned in the handbook. I am reached to a stage where I can commit suicide anytime because the institute has selectively implemented the articles mentioned in the handbook. According to one provision, the Institute has to award an F grade to the student who used unfair means in the examination. and I have noticed many instances where diploma awarding authority was bypassed by the students' council and forced the chairman to change the grades. my question if the students can force the chairman to change the grades than what is the value of the diploma they award and if it was a mistake of the faculty then similar scenario happened last year also, why the faculty is still employed with the Institute. because of the selective treatment given my the Institute of the cheaters, I am reached to a stage where i regularly think of committing suicide. I met all other criteria of continuing the course, I have 78% in my course despite failing in a subject. Why have they shown soft corner to the cheaters and no sensitivity towards a person facing family issues. being a student I can't afford court fees and probably I may commit suicide because of this selective treatment. PS: I have performed good in other subjects and my faculties can say the same if required
