Malpractice in recruitment in a central govt . organisation

in the department of atomic energy there is an autonomous body named ATOMIC ENERGY EDUCATION SOCIETY under the department which had published an advertisement for filling up vacancies for teaching posts including 30 posts of primary teacher ( general 10 , obc - 14 , st - 4 , PWD - 2) . in the advertisement it had mentioned that there will be two stages of the recruitment 1) written examination 2)skill test (only qualifying level/ go or no go basis). The Skill test will only be of qualifying nature and will be conducted on a Go/No-Go basis for the candidates qualified in written test and shortlisted for skill test. Candidates who qualify in skill test will be shortlisted and empanelled in order of merit based on marks secured in written test.but in the final selection list many meritorious candidates of written test across all categories have been disqualified arbitrarily and chosen randomly ones disregarding performance of meritorious candidates of written examination . please do needful hence justice will be prevailed .
