I had dealt in land purchase last year in Asangaon Thane with memorandum of understanding.
The land is farm land and in the name of seller.
Project name Vrindavan garden by VMC group land owner is owner of company as well
On surrendering land after 12 months buyer will get 20% appreciation and payment will be disturbed with in 90 days
On surrendering land after 24 months buyer will get 40% appreciation and payment will be disturbed with in 90 days
On surrendering land after 36 months buyer will get 100% appreciation and payment will be disturbed with in 90 days
or N.A. plot will be delivered with in 60 months from the date of purchase
and so on...
The MOM was signed 3rd person bearing power of authority for signing such papers.
Money has been deposited in sellers company account i.e. VMC group account.
Now company is not ready to follow terms of MOM and saying payment will be done may be in 9 to 12 months.
Please guide me on this how to proceed and recover my money.
