Company is asking for resign as their turnover has declines

Hello Sir / Ma'am I am working with a pvt ltd company for the last 1 year & 11 months, now company has asked me to resign which is not because of my performance issue but company wants to do cost cutting as their Turnover has declined much. They informed me on 19.05.17 that 30.06.17 will be your last. Now, they are not ready to adjust my leaves (which i will take from 7th june to 15th June for my exams), nor will they do my full & final on the last day i.e. on 30th June. Also there is issue of Retention bonus as well, in the last appraisal cycle in Oct 2016 i was conveyed that my salary will be 34k (before that i was drawing 30k), but this additional 4k for 5 months (Nov'16-March'17) will be given you at the end of march 2017 so I got this retention amount of 20k in May'17. The issue with above is that i did not got salary in April'17 as per 34k but 30k again & when I talk to them about it they said you will again get retention amount of 12k (4k per month for 3 month i.e, April'17-June'17), but again that will come in full & final which as per them happens after 45 days from the last day of notice period. I want in this case that I should get my salary on last day of my notice + my leaves should be adjusted with casual leave during the notice period+if i dont get the job after 30th June so they should provide me the extension in that case.
