Should I go to consumer court.Please help ASAP. Thanks in advance

I made a transaction of Rs.15933 on 24th April,2017 to Zoomcar India Pvt. Ltd. Car got broke down after 232KMS. We reached out to Zoom Car customer care, they said they will arrange for alternate vehicle and send towing van to take broken car. We waited for almost 2-3 hrs but there was no indication from them on towing and alternate vehicle. When we called them again they said that they are sending towing van and asked us to handover car key to near by shopkeeper by giving his details and told us to continue with our journey and they will reimburse taxi bill upto my booking amount plus fuel charges that we filled in the broken car. We have their confirmation mail stating the same about refunding. Now they are not ready to reimburse any amount and they are asking us to pay 10000 rupees against damage charges. When we asked them to send us the details of the damages incurred along with last two service report, they are not ready to share them. Over call they said clutch plates were burnt but there is no proof of the same. We are very sure either they have given us vehicle which is not serviced from very long time or the clutch plate needs to be changed as it might crosses it's lifespan. We are in continuous conversation with them over mail, facebook and twitter. Now they are saying to clear my dues i.e. Rs. 8000 within 3 days otherwise they fill a case against me. Please suggest me what steps should I take to get my money back.
