About reinstatement and disbursal of salary

Dear Sir, I work in a Limited Company which provides coaching for IITJEE as Asst. Prof. Few days back just because of health issues I went on 2 weeks leave by informing them in written through mail. As it was a medical leave and was unplanned so it was not a sanctioned leave but I informed about my non-availability well on time. I also kept my head updating about my status and tentative date of joining. during this period comes my salary processing day which was not processed. I reported my office on the same week what I communicated to them earlier. Head did not allow me to join the office and asked me to submit all the treatment related documents. I submitted every thing like prescription, diagnosis report, original medical bill and fitness certificate but still he is not willing to reinstate me and not processing my salary of the previous month. He is trying to make this issue as an indisciplinary act and insisting to make a committee to review my case and give verdict. I know committee's verdict would be according to his wish only. Please advice what to do.
