Rectification of khata no in inherited sale deeds in Jharkhand

I had purchased a plot of 3 decimal in Ramgarh Cantt, Jharkhand in Aug 2012. Mutation and Rashid was issued from Circle Office in the year itself. I've invested my life time income and build a home at this site in Apr 2014. Electricity & Holding tax etc are updated upto Mar 2017. Now from last few years, my rent receipt is not getting updated by karamchari stating khata no incorrect. I've checked and found that khata no was recorded in all documents like sale deed, moutation, rent receipt, etc were incorrect. Not only this same errors were in the documents of my salary. I had written to the circle officer for rectification and issue of rent receipt but not happend. Now the law says that fresh revenue will have to be paid for rectification, as khata no is the body identity of the site. My point is, I have paid revenue for the site which was recorded in the documents issued from the Circle Office, hence I am not guilty, so why should I pay revenue again and again. Also the current value including my construction would be at a very high amount. Please guide me the possible solutions and law of compensation for this from Circle Office. Regards, Manish Kumar
