Joint Family Despute

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I'm 27 years old, living in a joint lower middle class family in Kolkata. My late grandfather has 4 sons. My father & one of my uncle stay in a join family & we have to share most of the things right now. Other two uncles have left their homes due to job change and transfer. I am a job aspirant & working hard to fulfill my career dreams. But the main problem is the activities of my uncle's family that irritate us a lot. They intentionally captured the house where my grandfather lived. We didn’t protest against it. But there is a common path which should be used to get in & out of the room only but that common path is also partially blocked by them. They put so many buckets of water there. As a result, one can hardly pass through that path. When they cook they put a table fan on the ground & point its face towards my room. We had objected strongly but they didn't listen. So at last for my family safety, I decided to put the same so as to exhaust gases from my room. Not only these things which are irritating us but also their unhygienic activities. They use the common path as bathroom & throw dirty things here & there. They feel that they are very hygienic in nature but the fact is they only keep their home clean & throw dirty things outside their room which creates problems to us. Not only my family but also others neighbours condemned their activities & advised them not to do such things. Whenever my family objects they allegedly used to abuse us vigorously. One day, I was not at home & the same incident took place & when I came, I heard that my uncle was going to beat my mother with a stick (laathi) when my mother opposed their activities. All other neighbours are eye witness of that incident. If anyone comes & visits my residence then he/she can easily conclude whether I am right or wrong. I don’t want to get indulge in judicial procedures as I know these are nothing but hurdles for my career growth. I really want to focus on my exam preparation but these things disturb me a lot. As far as a student and a man is concerned, I am not going to tolerate such injustice anymore in the future. I just afraid of the moment when I will lose my patience & my anger will cross all the limits, taking a rough & harsh step to punish them brutally. I really don’t want to do such shameful things. Please help me to cop up with this situation & suggest me what should I do ? -VIKAS
