Bank loses shipping documents and attempts to cover it up

My banker and authorized foreign exchange dealer has lost some 300 shipping documents submitted to them for onward lodging with the DGFT web portal as per export procedures. Their automated system sends me reminders that I haven not submitted them while I have adequate proof of submission. this automated system also auto debits funds from my current account without warning or any information as penalty for non submission of those documents. Finally RBI has put my firm under caution list for not submitting those pending documents and my import export business has come to a naught with my current account balance standing at zero. None of the senior bank officers are serious enough to find a solution to this problem . These documents will have to be submitted to resolve the problem and restore my firms IEC code and it could take years My question is what is the quantum of compensation I can claim from consumer courts for the loss of my business which was 35 years old and a turnover of around Rs. 1 Crore and above. This compensation must be over and above re submission costs of those documents from copies of my file copies of those documents
