I am terminated based on false complaints by employees

Dear Sir/Madam, I was working in an international BPO at Chennai. Unfortunately I was terminated based on some false complaints from colleagues. Group of employees (8 - 9) made complaint to management against me for different reasons (mostly saying I am rude in behaviour) and one of the complainant being a female had mentioned in her complaint that I was rude and my words had humiliated her. Based on these complaints the HR of my management conductrd an inquiry and referred the matter to Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). Now ICC has recommended termination of my employment saying that i violated the Code of Conduct policy of the company. I feel totally dejected because I wasn't provided sufficient opportunities to defend what I did. I strongly believe that none of my action were illegal or falling under sexual harassment. Because of loss of employment at the age of 45 I am under deep stress. Is there any way i can seek legal remedy? Kindly help. Regards, (Preferring to be Anonymous)
