Spelling Issue

My mother Kaushalya Garg wife of Sohan Lal Garg purchased a property in Punjab where the sale deed was written in Gurumukhi (punjabi). Her spelling in Punjabi in the sale deed was written as: Koshalya Gharg w/o Sohan Lal Gharg in the beginning and at the end of sale deed where she signed, it was written as Kushalya Gharg. She signed the sale deed in Hindi as Kaushalya Garg which is easily read. Her IDs are all in English bearing the name as Kaushalya Garg. My father Sohal Lal Garg is deceased and his death certificate bears the name S.L. Garg. Over a year ago, my mother got a will registered in Punjab in which her name was spelled in Gurumukhi (Punjabi) as: Kushalya Garg Now she wants to get a new will registered in Punjab but quite confused about how to spell the name in Punjabi. Should the name in the new will match the name in the sale deed i.e. Koshalya Gharg w/o Sohan Lal Gharg or should we write it as it was written in the previous will; Kushalya Garg w/o Sohal Lal Garg An advocate advised we write all the names in the will but I need to know which spelling (in Punjabi) should be the main one? The rest can be written as (Alias.....) And if she dies, what spelling of her name (in Punjabi) should be written on her death certificate? She is living in Punjab and all official correspondence is done in Punjabi. Once again here is a summary of her names on various documents: 1. Sale deed written in Punjabi: Koshalya Gharg and Kushalya Gharg 2. Adhar, Pan card in English: Kaushalya Garg 3. Old will in Punjabi: Kushalya Garg 4. Death Certificate of Sohan Lal Garg in Punjabi: S.L. Garg After she passes away, we don't want to face any legal problems regarding her spelling of the name. Therefore we want to resolve it now. Thank you.
