Maintenance, Dv, divorce petition

I got married in 2014, we lived together only for 1.4 yr and we don't have child. Her behaviour was inappropriate with me and my family, and many more bad things we got know about her after marriage. Then i filed for divorce petition at Mumbai family court. And after that she filed maintenance and domestic violence case on me and all the allegations are false where she doesn't even has any single proof of them. Its been 1.6 years we live separate, she lives with her parents which is 450km away from mumbai She has filed these 2 cases 50 kms away from her home town even when there is court located at her hometown (she filed these cases in other village) In these cases She is claiming on my father's pension. she says that i have beaten her so badly that she is unfit to work, and she wants 5 lakh rs as compensation. She says that all marriage expenses her father has done. This is also a false allegation. She has claimed 25,000 p/m maintenance and in the case she has written that my salary is 1 lakh p/m, even I didn't knew that my salary was 1 lakh p/m lol, basically she has written all false allegations (Its been 1 year I am not working i am looking for a job, i do not have anything on my name and my bank balance is also nil) She is well qualified (MBA) and was working before marriage. My questions are 1. Will the court pass maintenance or reject it? If yes then how much will be approved by the court? What if i don't have money to pay maintenance and i don't pay? 2. What happens in dv case is there a need to attend the court? Is there any win/ lose in DV case? What happens if we lose or win the DV case? 3. What happens after my cross examination is done? In maintenance case What questions are asked in cross examination? 4. she is harassing me by filing false allegations for extorting money and filing the case so far from my location. What should i do in this situation? 5. Can i transfer these two case in Mumbai? 6. What initiatives should I take for the case getting in my favour? 7. Normally How long the divorce petition case takes?
