False allegations and Mental stress at workplace

Hi All, One of my friends has been accused of forging a signature of one of her team members. The concerned HR has lost the letter and now accusing her of stealing it too. So far the statements have been like "Your body language strongly hints you signing the document" and "you are the only one with the motive to steal the papers". The proof that they are producing is the CC TV footage with with a pen in her hand, number of times she visited the locker and her body language. They do not have any proof of the same, and now trying to implicate her by asking all her team members if they saw her sign the document. This happened in the month of Jan. They had placed her on suspension for 4 days and have extended the same until further notice. They have not given her any showcause notice, however she responded to the same in detail. My questions What are the chances of her termination? If she is terminated, what are her chances of getting future employment? Also, What is the legal recourse available to her? Thank you in advance.
