Personal loan default and cheques bounce

Hi, I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 1,30,000 from HDFC bank in year December 2007. At that time I was in Delhi. I paid 7-8 installments of EMIs out of 36 post dated cheques given to bank, and after that I paid nothing. Rest cheques were bounced. In 2008, I changed my residence to Gurgaon. In 2009, I received calls for recovery. Recovery agent said that notice has been sent to the address where I used to live in Delhi. Later on, I changed my phone number. In 2011, I shifted to Jaipur. In 2014, I received calls from relatives and friends stating some bank guys are calling them and asking them to pay the money which I owe to bank because they are guarantors. However, no one was made guarantor by me. Later on, they called me too few times. Meanwhile, as per recovery agents, they sent legal notices which I didn't received. These guys also talked to my father and asked him to pay the loan. My father also received calls from local police station regarding the loan. One recovery agent (I don't remember his name) talked very rudely to me. I complaint to HDFC customer care and ombudsperson regarding this, but I did not received any satisfactory reply from any of them. Now in the month of February 2017, my cousin called me and said some bank guy is asking my phone no. and address, and also asked him to pay my loan amount stating he is a guarantor. I received call from a recovery agent named Rana, from Delhi. He said that my case is in a such situation if local police come to know my address, they would arrest me. He said that he would contact my HR manager and tell him about the case and I would lost my current job too. Rana came to know about my current employer by social networking sites or job sites. Now he is talking for a settlement. As per him total due is 3,98,000 but he would settle to 70,000 (actual principal - amount i paid through EMIs). He also transferred my call to his manager, Jaysawal, who was not talking professionally. He wants me to pay 85.000 instead of 65000. When I said i am not able to pay this amount in one go, he said I have to. He declined my request to convert the agreed amount in EMIs Please suggest what should I do? What legal action I could face as cheques were bounced? I am ready to pay, but I have only 20,000 and recovery agents are forcing me to pay 65,000 in one go. Please help me. Thanks Ajay Jaipur, Rajasthan
