Resigned in August No Relieving Letter Issues

I have wokred in a company in gurgaon From July 2014 til August 2016. Initially they paid Salary for July, August, September, October 2014. Then Salary Stopped due to Financial Problems. They Promised to pay Salary when Funds will come. I was in company rolls. Some how office was partly functional. they neither relieved me. When Funds came in August 2016 I asked for Full Two years of Salary. They declined to pay. I resigned on 4th August 2016. Salary Since November 2014 Salary not given. Till now no relieving nor acceptance of Resignation. I stopped going to office as there is Financial Problems due to non payment of Salary.No Relieving so no new job is there. Q1. Am I right to claim salary till present day as I have yet to receive Relieving and also no salary paid since November 2014. Can you cite me Law to speak in front of them. Q2. I have gone to Labour Dept. How much Mental Harassment and Interest can I claim. Q3. I have not gone to office Since August 2016 as they have not paid salary since November 2014 not accepting Resignation and they have actually removed the Attendance Register. Can I claim Salary from November 2014 till Now
