Gift deed revoked unilaterally

Dear sir, My grandfather has donated the dry agricultural land of 2.00 acres each out of love and affection to my mother and her younger sister using two gift deed registration on 21/05/2011 at sro vemulawada. The deed contains the following. 1. that in consideration of love and affection for the donee, the donor hereby transfers to the donee free from encumbrance and to provide all the schedule property and to hold the same to the donees absolutely forever. 2. that the said donor has put the donees in possession of the schedule property and donee has got into possession thereof. 3. the donee is entitled to get his name entered as absolute owner in possession of the scheduled property in the concerned Grama Panchayath records through his gift settlement deed. 4. the donor today gave the under mentioned property worth of Rs.1,44,000/- to donee as free gift settlement. we have got the land mutated on my mother's name got the title deed and pattadar passbook from tahsildar office entered into revenue records in 05/2016. my grandfather though gift registered the land kept the documents with him because of influence by his other daughters. we took the certified copies from the registration office and completed the mutation completed the gift deed. recently my grandfather cancelled the gift deed unilaterally without consent from my mother in Karimnagar sro by paying some bribe on 6/02/2017. but in the cancellation deed he typed my mother name wrong so he again gave rectification deed on 15/02/2017 but in this, he didn't provide the survey no correctly he missed the bi no in the document. the document was written as follows 1.That I am the absolute owner and possessor of scheduled property. 2. That I have settled the scheduled property unilaterally in favour of the kandhala radha who is my daughter through registered gift settlement deed D.No 2737/2011 registered at sub- register's office, vemulawada. 3. That Later I have canceled the said document vide registered Cancellation deed D.No. 1009/2017 registered at registar's office, karimnagar which is hereinafter referred as principal deed. 4. That inadvertently in the pricipal deed in the 2nd page my daughter's name was wrongly typed as kandhala rama instead of kandhala radha. I have noticed the said mistake recently and thereby executing this deed of rectification by rectifying the said mistake. hence this rectification deed. we found out when we went to bring the encumberance details after my mother made a sale deed on my name. the registrar made the sale deed registered because we provided the pahani, proceeding copy, title deed at the registration office so he did the registration. so now what should we do what action should I take I have applied for mutation using my sale deed at MRO office, he also gave a copy of cancellation deed with a complaint stating that he has cancelled the gift deed and the online revenue record showing wrong so please correct it to my name.
