Ipc 1860(u/s-279,337) - false fir

A FIR has been issues against me under Indian Motor Vehicles Act, 1998 (U/s-187), IPC 1860(U/s-279,337). It is stated in FIR that I had done an accident (11:15 AM) around 200 Kms away from town from my car and a two wheeler. The two wheeler person had filed and FIR against me by giving my car number (which is shared to him by people around the spot of accident). As per FIR the two wheeler driver had some minor injuries. This whole case is wrong as around 1 PM I was in my home and planning to go to my kid's school for attending parent meeting. It is practically not possible to reach my home from accident spot in less than 2 hours (as per google it takes minimum 3+ hours). I have CCTV footage of me and my car (car number not clearly visible) going out of my apartment around 1 PM. I have got letter from my apartment and kid's school stating I was present in their premise around 1 PM. I have shared all these proof's with Police, however they are still insisting me to come with all original papers and planning to cease my car. Could you please suggest me in the above scenario what all police can do against me and how can I come out of the false allegations against me…Thanks/P
