Harrasment Calls - Debt Recovery

Hi, I'm in the middle of a divorce procedure (mutual consent). My husband has defaulted on credit card and loan installments since about 3 years now, and has relocated to another city altogether. We have been separated all this while and are not in touch, except over emails where I have to send several before receiving a reply from him. He does not (or says he does not) have a phone number for me to call/ forward to anyone. I have been dealing with debt recovery agents since then, but they seem to think I am hiding him. I have moved house and changed my phone number in 2015 due to the relentless harassment (calls and personal visits) despite my calmly explaining everything to the agents. Last year they started harassing (with extremely foul language) a few of my friends on their home and office landlines, after which I called them myself and told them the case. There was nothing after this, until last week when my parents have begun receiving calls accusing them of hiding their son-in-law. They have refused to give them my number, which is why the number of calls and aggression has increased. I've been advised to make a police complaint and register a complaint with Ombudsman, however, these agents are not even divulging which bank they are calling on behalf of. They keep insisting on taking our numbers. We don't have a list of the loans taken, etc. Could you please advise what we could write in the complaints or how to go about them? Thanks!
