Confusion in Divorce by Mutual Consent

Me and my wife are mutually agreed to proceed for a divorce under section 13b and through mediation. We both agreed upon the settlement of permenant alimony and I even paid the first part of the settlement to her. now we've been called for the 1st hearing after 3 months and currently I am feeling that she may refuse to sign the divorce papers for which she is agreed upon. the reason is she called me in the morning and told me that if you are agree then I will sign the papers so tell me your decision which is disturbing me now. I am thinking that why she signed such agreements as she is not ready ? Lawyers please trust me and believe me that I want her to proceed for the divorce because she is a player who plays with my emotions every time. So my question is can she refuse to sign the divorce papers even after agreed on all the conditions of divorce by mutual consent and even getting 1st part of permenant alimony ? What should I do to let her sign the divorce papers ? is there any criteria in which I can defend my self from ruining this situation ? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
