Is there any law relating to the front area of an ancestral land?

Hi, My dad's eldest brother (my uncle) registered half of our ancestral land on his name leaving the other half for my dad. However, our front of the property is extremely narrow, leaving small space for our driveway, which makes it difficult to park our car. My dad signed the papers months ago. So, now, my uncle legally owns a major portion of the front-area of the land (around 30 feet), while we struggle to get our car inside our narrow 7 feet gate (approximately). Is there a way my dad can neutralize the registry papers that he himself signed? He wasn't being aware of the size of the land he was signing for (stupid of him, I know). We are asking for a slightly bigger piece of land (only from the front), while they can take the equal amount of land from the back portion, even though they legally own their land now? Asking on goodwill didn't get us anywhere. ;) Thank you, I wouldn't want to live in a place where I have to go through distress everytime I have to take out my car.
