Hdfc credit card

I applied for HDFC 'moneyback' credit card (no annual charges) through their website in December 2016. After that, I received several calls regarding: A) Promoting another credit card- Times titanium Card B) Document required C) Obtaining details regarding my salary structure After obtaining my salary structure (CTC, Deductions, other components), I was informed that I am eligible for 1.5 lakh limit. So I got convinced and opted for Times Titanium Card. Post that HDFC sales person, Mr. Mohan took documents for verification on 7th January 2017. I was informed by text that credit card processing is successful and I received it through BLUEDART on 19th January. Also, I received 6 digit OTP on my mobile for generating new pin for the credit card. First, when I went through the documents for the credit card I realized I had received only Rs.75000 as the limit. Also, OTP pin didn't work in ATM due to which I was not able to use my credit card. I informed regarding this to customer care, sales team via calls and emails. I have a list of emails pertaining to the same dated between 24-27 January. On 1st February after a series of heated calls to customer care and sales team, I finally received a new OTP for pin generation. I checked the OTP and successfully created a new pin to operate my credit card. But on further checking my balance amount, it showed ledger balance of Rs.75000 but only Rs.30000 as available balance! (I have ATM transaction proof) I have wasted enough of my time and it was mentally exhausting for me. Filing complaints also have not given any results, so I want this card to be returned and compensation throughout this time. Kindly suggest me how shall I proceed?
