Partition of properties during divorce

Marries in 2005. We have two properties and both the properties are in my husband's name, I have significatly for the purchase of the property and I have the proof for my contribution. because of his crooked nature he registered both in his single name. I ahve two daughters, one is 3 years and other is 10 years. Now I have filed for both Divorce and Partition in 2014. Is the partition maintainable?.
