Hello hounourable Attorneys and lawyers
Iam Khader Mohiuddin Mohammed, muslim by faith currently workin in Gulf would like to inquire your opinions about my childrens legal custody.
I got married in 2006 and after marraige i kept my wife in Gulf with me until 2013 there Allah has blessed me three childrens . One boy and two girl.
As due to financial crisis i send my family back to india in 2013 she demanded to stay separately in rental flat alone which agreed. As responsible husband n father i was regularly sending her all financial support and welfare of my family.
Yearly once i was visting india on vaction, bit this time when i came i came know about her involvement with one black magician and kidnapping of my own son and brutal torturing of childrens inorder to kill them as she want to erase the evidences of her illegal sexual relationship with black magician which my innocent son noticed and caught them redhanded.
Upon my knowing i mmediately lodged a complaint with police against brutal torture and kidnapping of my son by them thereby Hyderabadi police made a brave job and they unearthed this barbaric crime by arresting both of them which became a huge public and media news of hyderabad can been seen all tv channels and news paper of india.
Both of these brutal criminals sent to judicial remand and they are booked under ipc 120b, 307, 341, 342, 506 sec 4, 6, 10 of POSCO act sec 2c sec7 of drugs and magic act, sec 23 of jj act.
Thereby as per islamic law i diviorced her got send her alimony money and divorce certificate with noticed thru post which their parents received as she was in jail also new paper notice was issued and all legal depts i send copies of my divorce notice for their record and my childrens are under my safe hands.
Now that black magician still in jail as he is also booked uder PD act too but my ex wife got bail and now out she is harassing our family by taking help of women police station.
Already our case is going on for above crime in court where my childrens recorded all there statements in front of megistrate and police authorities.
But my wife on bail now went to women police and trying to implicate false case of 498 or other against me for taking revenge and asking babies custody and police officers are there harrssing my parents to produce childrens and give to mother as iam back in Gulf for my job and childrens are staying with grand parents.
My question is being in gulf what i cam do to save my victim childrens from her venomic cluthes as if she managed to get the children using women police than there will be serious life threat to victim childrens as they are eye witness in above crime.
Is women police is right in ignoring ongoing criminal case and listening and harassing us by thearyening to file 498 against us.
Im confused what to do?
If u want u can just visit youtube and type black magic in Hyderabad case of torturing innocent vicyim boy..
Please advice what i can do to save my childrens my parents from these antisocial elements.
Also how to take legal custody of my childrens on myself.
Please help us as these victimize childrens needs yoir all support for their safe future.
